"Pricey Parking, But Easy Transport"
My first instinct was that the parking felt a bit expensive, it was. But the transport worked out just fine, so it wasn’t too much of a hassle in the end.

"Got the Tickets, Even If It Took a Minute"
Booking the tickets was fine overall, but the checkout process felt a little clunky and not as smooth as I expected. I did get them in the end, so it all worked out, but it reminded me how much the small details matter when you're trying to make plans without extra hassle.

"Surprisingly Fun Night at the Zoo"
We went to the night zoo event not totally sure what to expect, but it ended up being such a fun evening. The programs were really engaging, and the kids are still talking about it days later. Definitely a pleasant surprise!

"I stayed at the Wildlife Retreat and..."
I stayed at the Wildlife Retreat and I’m completely certain it was one of the nicest nights I’ve had anywhere. Waking up near the animals was just amazing, the staff were genuinely lovely, and the room was spotless. And the harbour views? unreal. I’d go back in a heartbeat, no question.

"Beautiful zoo, but the layout could be more considerate"
The zoo has some really nice views and we still had a good time, but wow, the hills are no joke. The layout felt confusing too, so we ended up doing a lot more walking than expected. it seems a bit unfair to families with little kids, older visitors, or anyone who has trouble getting around. A place like this should make it easier for everyone to enjoy the animals without feeling completely worn out.

"Genuinely great harbour views"
I know places love to hype up their “stunning views” and all that polished brochure talk usually makes me roll my eyes, but the harbour views here were actually unreal. I could’ve just sat there for ages doing nothing.

"Really liked it, but the price gives me pause"
I loved it and had a great experience overall, but the price felt a bit steep. It makes me wonder if I’d keep buying it regularly, because as much as I enjoyed it, the cost kind of dents my trust in the value.

"Went to Taronga with my kids and learnt…"
Went to Taronga with my kids and learnt heaps. The keeper talks were easy to follow and not boring at all, even for the little ones. Explained animal habitats, the threats they face, and small things we can do at home to help. Website was handy too for planning the day and checking talk times. Really good educational day out

"Feels Like They’re Doing Things the Right Way"
I really liked that Taronga didn’t feel like it was just about walking around looking at animals. My gut feeling was that there’s genuine conservation work happening behind the scenes, especially with the wildlife rescue stuff, breeding programs, and protecting native species. The signs and info around the zoo made it clear where the money goes, which I appreciated. It felt like my visit was going toward something worthwhile, not just a fun day out. I’d definitely go back

"Pretty clean overall"
The zoo was clean overall, but there were a few full bins around and some spots smelled a bit off. It wasn’t terrible or anything, I just expected it to be a little better maintained.

"Great day out with heaps to see"
I really enjoyed Taronga, there was such a good mix of animals to check out. We wandered around for ages seeing everything from the big cats to reptiles and all the Aussie animals. A few spots were crowded and some of the animals were hiding, but I guess that’s just how it goes at a zoo. The views are ridiculous too, worth it just for that on top of all the animals. Overall, a really nice day out if you like seeing lots of different wildlife

"Staff Made It Too Easy to Enjoy"
Had a really great day at Taronga. i blame the staff for making the whole visit feel so easy. From the entry gate to the people around the zoo helping with directions, everyone was super friendly and happy to answer questions, even though it was busy. It just made the day feel relaxed and stress-free.

"Pretty much what I expected, in a good way"
I’d heard this place was a solid spot, it kind of confirmed what I already figured. The food tasted fresh, the coffee was really nice, and the prices weren’t too bad either. Nothing over the top, just a good, easy place to grab something.

"Busy, but not too bad"
It was a busy day, and I was kind of expecting the lines to be a nightmare, but they actually moved okay. The staff seemed to be trying to keep people spread out for the most part, though maybe I just happened to be there at a decent time. A few areas still got packed, so it wasn’t perfect, but overall it was manageable

"Such a lovely day out with the kids"
Took the kids to Taronga yeah, we had a really nice day. It was easy to get around with the pram, which I was a bit worried about, and there were plenty of little spots to stop for snacks or just have a breather. The animal talks were great too, like actually kept the kids interested, which is always a win. The seals were probably the highlight for us. And the views... yeah, not gonna lie, they’re amazing. Only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that the food and tickets do add up fast when you’re going as a family. But still, it felt worth it and we’d definitely go back.

"Quick, quick help from the staff"
The staff sorted my issue quick, honestly. I didn’t have to wait around or explain things over and over, they just got it handled and made it easy.
